Welcome to the Florida Affordable Assisted Living Website, a project of the Department of Elder Affairs' Coming Home Program. This Website was created through a public-private partnership between the Florida Department of Elder Affairs, the Agency for Health Care Administration, the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation, the NCB Development Corporation, and the Florida Housing Finance Corporation which officially ended in December 2005. This Website is intended to serve as a comprehensive clearinghouse of information for assisted living consumers, operators, and developers and it is managed by the Elder Housing Unit within the Department of Elder Affairs as a part of the Communities for a Lifetime initiative.
